Every quote, order, and transaction operates within a unified system. By using the platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All orders are processed through the platform and are tracked from start to finish. Orders may not be cancelled or modified without approval. Certain products may be non-cancellable / non-returnable (NCNR).
All pricing is generated through the platform. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping are calculated separately.
Standard terms are Net 30 days. Credit terms may be adjusted. Late payments may result in shipment holds or account restrictions. Approved adjustments are issued as account credit.
Shipping is coordinated for efficiency. Carrier selection is determined unless otherwise specified.
Orders are accepted upon delivery. Issues must be reported within 5 days. Returns require approval, original condition, and are subject to a 50% restocking fee. RMA valid for 60 days.
Products carry a 5-year warranty under normal use. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at company discretion.
Liability is limited to the product value. Vision Engineering is not responsible for indirect losses or misuse.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours without penalty. After that, a 50% restocking fee applies. Changes require approval.
Product allocation is managed to ensure fair distribution and operational stability.
Approved credits apply to open balances or future orders. No refunds.
These Terms replace all prior agreements and establish a single operating standard.
